Employee Injury Report and Concentra Locations

If you are injured at work please do the following:

  1. Notify campus safety 313-845-9630. Ask them to complete an incident report.
  2. Notify Tiffany Webster in the Human Resource office.
  3. Receive treatment at one of the Concentra locations listed on the flyer. The Romulus location is open 24 hours.
