The votes have been tallied and the final total is 133 for separation and 19 against.Thank you to everyone that helped in this, there are to many people to name, but most importantly, thank you President Joe Zitnik for your leadership and guidance through this process, as it was a lot of work, a lot of late nights, a lot of phone calls, and a lot of your personal time to get us to this point.Congratulations to every support staff member of Henry Ford Community College.This is a giant, historic victory for us, the support staff. We now have control of our future and can start working on a fair contract. This is one major step forward for us.As your Vice President, and I am sure that I speak for the entire Executive Board, thank you to everyone that has helped along the way, thank you for everyone's support and encouragement (member, co-workers, families, and friends), thank you for letting your voice be heard, and we are all looking forward to a much brighter future!
